Privacy.
Short version: we store what the stall needs to list, sell, and unlock a template. We do not sell your data.
What we store
Account identity from sign-in (name, email, provider). Listings you publish (copy, price, share URL, setup notes). Purchases and reviews you write. If you connect a bank, Stripe’s connected-account id for payouts.
Share URLs
A template’s Grok Bot share URL is hidden until you buy it or until you are the seller. Setup notes follow the same rule.
What we do not store
We do not see the inside of your Grok Bot workspace or the accounts a template signs into. Card details are handled by Stripe, not stored on Grokstall.
Who sees listings
Published listings are public (title, pitch, price, category, seller name, reviews). Unpublished listings are only on your dashboard.
Retention
Delete listings from the dashboard. To close an account or export your data, write from the dashboard or through the sign-in provider you used.
Contact
Privacy questions sit in the FAQ. Card data is handled by Stripe. Sign-in is handled by Google or X, not stored as a password on Grokstall.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics and Umami to measure visits — pages opened and where traffic comes from. Google Analytics may set a cookie on your device. We do not sell this data. You can block them with a tracker blocker.
