Terms of the stall.

These terms cover this preview. They will be replaced with a signed merchant version before the first live card charge.

The stall

Grokstall lists Grok Bot templates. It does not operate Grok Bot, does not host bots, and is not xAI. A listing is an offer to license a template share URL and its setup notes.

Accounts

You need a Grokstall account to buy or sell. You need a Grok Bot account to install. You are responsible for the accounts you connect inside Grok Bot after install.

Sellers

You may only list templates you have the right to share. Share URLs must be official x.ai/bot/ links. You keep 80% of paid sales; Grokstall takes 20%. You can unpublish at any time. Existing buyers keep access.

Buyers

Purchase grants a personal license to install that template in your Grok Bot account. It does not grant resale, redistribution, or the seller’s connected logins. Templates are sold as-is.

Payments

This preview uses stall credit. No live payment card is charged. When live checkout ships, charges, refunds, and tax will be restated here before the first real sale.

Prohibited

Listings that steal others’ templates, impersonate xAI, collect secrets, or sell access to someone else’s Grok Bot account.
